	Will I Ever Find A Home and A Family Who Loves Me? My name is CIJA and I've been living at the shelter for almost 6 months. I'm a 4-year-old terrier mix who loves people and is very affectionate. I was found abandoned outside the shelter one morning. I do NOT get along with the other dogs or cats. I have already been spayed, I've gotten my vaccinations and I am housebroken. I really enjoy life and am a very happy girl. I am fully grown and past all that puppy stage stuff like chewing and I'm more calm and content. I was treated for heart worm and I have a great prognosis from the vet. I'll make a loving devoted companion for anyone.....especially you!
	Hi - my name is ENID, a very pretty name for a very pretty lady but around the shelter they call me Momma Dog. I'm an adult female terrier mix who recently had pups. I was brought in by animal control but I didn't have my pups with me. I am very sweet, love ear rubs and just being petted. I'm calm and quiet and just want to be with people. I have been spayed and I've gotten my shots already. I get along with everyone, but I can be picky about other dogs, mostly I do not like other females. Please give me wonderful forever home - I know someone out there will love me.
	Hi everyone - My name is SHELBY. I was surrendered to the SPCA on 2-16-08 because my family got divorced and now my dad works too much and can't give me the time he says I need. He didn't want to give me up but said it would be best for me to go home with a family who would play with me and take me for walks and all those other things we used to do. I'm a very good dog, I'm already spayed and vaccinated and HOUSEBROKEN. I love people but unfortunately I don't get along with most other dogs. I don't bark a lot and I know basic obedience. I'm lonely for a family to share my time with.... won't you come and take me for a walk so we can talk things over???? Maybe I could come home with you!

Are you looking for a wonderful companion? At 2 years old I'm a neutered boy, vaccinated and seem to be house trained. I love people and get along with most other dogs, but would prefer a home with no kitty cats. I have a lot of energy and would love to be part of a family who is familiar with my breed. The children in my new home should be older only because I'm so energetic that small children may be afraid and I might accidentally knock them down. So how about it, would you like to meet me?? Come to the shelter and let's go for a walk!
	My name is ROXY GIRL. You might remember me I was here about a year ago and was adopted in March 2007. My new owner brought me back to find a more suitable home after I became jealous of the youngest child in the family. They said I was excellent with the older boys 6 & 9 but was begining to growl at the younger daughter. I also do not like CATS at all and will go after them without hesitation. I love to go for long walks and I'm also good on the treadmill. The ysaid I was an active, loving and friendly dog with adults and older children. I love to xuddle and even get under the covers sometimes. I just need to be the center of attention. They also said I'm good in the house while they are gone. I don't need to be crated and sometimes panic if left alone in the crate. With a little bit of work and a calm assertive pack leader I will be a wonderful dog. Will you be my Dog Whisperer????
